Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Michigan. We do not ship internationally at this time unless otherwise stated.

  • We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

  • Please note that prior to shipping, each item in your order will be individually inspected for quality.

Delays, Loss, or Damage

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at lussohomedecor@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once they’ve left our facility.

Compliance With U.S. & Michigan Law

We comply with all applicable U.S. federal and Michigan state consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules regarding shipment of merchandise.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order for a full refund, as required by law.
