Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Policy outlines the process for handling returns, refunds, and exchanges of home décor products purchased through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible home décor items under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  •  A  charge of 10% Restocking Fee | 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your final refund 

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

To request a refund (when eligible):

  • Email us at lussohomedecor@yahoo.com

  • Submit your request within 7 days of purchase

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, we typically respond within 3–5 business days

  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we’ve issued your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory.
If approved, customers are responsible for any price differences and shipping costs.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate loss of access to the product

  • Account suspension

  • Restriction from future purchases

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using proof of purchase, delivery, and product access.

No Guarantees or Warranties

All home décor products are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Michigan Law & Consumer Rights

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Michigan or U.S. consumer protection laws.
